Synthesis mechanism of carbon microsphere from waste office paper via hydrothermal method

چکیده
Carbon microsphere was successfully synthesized from waste office paper via hydrothermal method and high temperature treatment in nitrogen atmosphere. The process of carbon synthesis fiber using concentrated sulfuric acid studied, the influence H2SO4 concentration reaction time on hydrolysis considered. To investigate mechanism conversion to microsphere, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry used analyze chemical composition supernatant liquid product non-carbonized microsphere. weight loss assessed through thermogravimetry. Scanning electron microscopy morphology. under different conditions were evaluated. results showed that when reached 24 h, had uniform particle size well dispersed, more present led being thoroughly hydrolyzed.
